What if your event sparked prayers bold enough to hold back the sun?

Create a Moment She’ll Remember
and a Habit That Lasts

The right Message won’t just stir hearts for a Day.
it will shape habits for a lifetime of prayer.

In nearly every room where women gather, there are hearts quietly longing for connection with God. In fact, 98% of Christians say they’re not very happy with their prayer life—a staggering number that reflects a deeper ache: the desire for closeness with the One who made them.

As a speaker, author, and prayer mentor, I help women move from unsure and overwhelmed to steady and Spirit-led. I guide them into simple rhythms that make prayer feel less like a chore and more like coming home.

Because the kind of prayers that hold back the sun don’t start in moments of grandeur. They begin in quiet hearts, daily moments, and faithful whispers.

The Grit and Grace-filled Prayer Gal

Some stories shimmer from the start.
Mine? It found its glow in the dark.

I’ve known the ache of walking away from the familiar to protect what matters most. Years ago, I left behind a life of comfort and predictability—not for something easier, but because I sensed God asking me to trust Him with the unknown. I didn’t leave empty-handed. I left with my daughter, my faith, and a quiet knowing that God would meet me in the wilderness.

And He did. Again and again.

I’ve prayed in courtrooms and quiet corners, hospital rooms and highway rest stops. I’ve briefed federal judges and buckled down in a big rig. I’ve raised a daughter, led retreats, and whispered my own name to God when it felt like no one else remembered it.

Through it all—through loss, grit, grace, and a thousand new beginnings—I was never alone.

Now, I help women draw close to that same faithful God. I teach them to pray in the messy middle of life, not just the mountaintops. I remind them they are seen, known, and loved—not because life is tidy, but because God is good.

I help women pray daily and deeply.

What I Love to Share

When I ask women what keeps them from the joy and peace of daily, deep conversations with God, the answers vary—but three rise to the surface again and again:

  1. I don’t know what to say or where to begin.
  2. I don’t have the time.
  3. I try, but I get distracted and lose focus.

I understand. And I speak into those struggles with a message of hope.

My talks are designed to be BOLD—not in volume, but in depth:

  • Bolstering our Beliefs about who God is and how prayer works,
  • Overcoming Obstacles that keep us from praying daily and deeply,
  • Learning to Lean into the Lord, especially in life’s hardest moments,
  • Derailing Doubt with truth, tenderness, and the nearness of God.

Every message I share is really about this: helping people discover the joy of a deeply satisfying relationship with God—one rooted in real, honest, ongoing conversation. Prayer isn’t a performance. It’s a place we go. And I love helping people find their way there.

My speaking engagements typically fall into one of three categories:

  • Inspiration for everyday life: Finding peace, purpose, and the power of prayer amid the noise and busyness of life.
  • Tender encouragement for those in hard seasons: Divorce, infertility, abuse, estrangement, grief, or overwhelming transitions.
  • My signature testimony talk: The real-life journey of how I learned to trust God completely—and how your audience can too.

While every event is different, each message is crafted with your audience in mind and can be custom tailored to your theme, scripture, or season of life.

Lifting the Curtain on Speaking Logistics

Here’s what Hosts Often want to Know

I tailor my speaking fees to fit the unique details of each event—like location, length, and what you’re hoping to include. I understand budgets vary, and I’m always open to finding an arrangement that honors the value I bring while supporting your goals. Let’s connect early and explore what’s possible together.

Yes, I’m currently booking both in-person and virtual events.

Whether your gathering is taking place around the corner from my home, across the country, or on the other side of the globe—I’m honored to go where God leads and where your audience needs encouragement.

If your event is happening online due to budget, logistics, or simply convenience, rest assured—I’m fully equipped and experienced in virtual presentations. With professional audio and video setup and a heart for engaging each attendee, I understand that online events require intentional energy and presence. I bring both.

Wherever we meet—onstage or onscreen—I’ll show up with warmth, clarity, and a message ready to stir hearts.

As soon as the idea sparks—reach out.

Even if your event is still taking shape, the earlier we connect, the more time we’ll have to pray, plan, and vision cast together. A well-loved, Spirit-led event doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built with intention, prayer, and plenty of preparation.

Ideally—especially for larger events—we’ll begin the conversation at least 3–6 months in advance, as many events book a year or more ahead. That gives us time to shape a message that serves your audience well—and leaves plenty of space for God to move.

That said, I understand that some moments can’t be scheduled. For sacred events like Honor Walks or memorial gatherings, advance notice often isn’t possible. I consider it a privilege to answer those calls and am available 24/7 to serve when those needs arise.

So don’t wait. Let’s start early when we can, cover every detail in prayer, and trust God to make it unforgettable.

Yes, I travel both nationwide and internationally—and I’d be honored to come to your corner of the world.

To keep things simple, I typically quote an all-inclusive speaking fee, tailored to your event and your location. This helps event planners plan ahead, secure approvals, and stay within budget without worrying about unexpected add-ons or surprise expenses–just one clear number you can count on.

Whether your gathering is across the country or down the road, we’ll make the logistics seamless so you can focus on hosting a powerful, peace-filled event.

I’m honored to speak wherever hearts are gathered. I speak at women’s retreats, prayer retreats, conferences, workshops, church services, community and charitable fundraisers, and special gatherings for ministries and small groups. I’ve been invited to lead prayer at Honor Walks, and I’ve even spoken at family reunions–because sometimes the most powerful spiritual moments happen in unexpected spaces.

Prayer is my heart language—the quiet thread woven through all I share. Not just a topic I teach, but the lifeline I live. It’s how we find peace when the ground shifts, and how we stay tethered to God when life unravels.

Whether I’m speaking to divorced women, grieving mothers, empty-nesters, abuse survivors, or a community carrying collective pain, my message is simple: You are not alone. You can talk to God about everything—and trust Him with anything.

My signature talk shares my journey of learning to trust God completely—through heartbreak, uncertainty, and unexpected new beginnings. I also speak on how choosing a life partner shapes our spiritual and generational story.

From intimate gatherings to larger events, I speak to the ache beneath the surface and invite hearts back to hope—through the sacred, everyday gift of prayer. Always personal. Always prayerful. Always tender enough for the seeker, and deep enough for the seasoned soul.

Yes, absolutely. Every message I deliver is shaped by the people I serve. I prayerfully take time to understand your audience, your theme, and the unique heartbeat of your event. Whether you’ve chosen a guiding verse, a specific topic, or just have a sense of the direction you’d like to go, I’ll work with you to craft a message that fits beautifully.

Let’s talk and see what’s possible. I’d be honored to help bring your vision to life.

Here’s what I strive to bring to every message I deliver:

Warm and welcoming: I create an atmosphere where women feel seen, safe, and gently drawn in—never pressured, always invited.

Poetic but practical: My words may carry beauty and weight, but they always land in real life, offering tangible steps and Spirit-led encouragement.

Honest and hope-filled: I don’t shy away from tender topics or hard truths, but I speak them with compassion and always wrap them in hope.

Spirit-sensitive: I follow God’s lead, making space for prayer, stillness, and the sacred surprises only He can bring.

Down-to-earth and relatable: Whether I’m sharing stories about praying in a semi-truck or finding peace in a hospital room, I meet people where they are—with authenticity and grace.

Encouraging and empowering: I don’t just aim to inspire—I aim to equip. My heart is to help women believe they really can pray with confidence and draw closer to God, one faithful step at a time.

Yes, I do. I speak at a wide variety of events and offer several formats to meet the needs of your audience. Whether you’re planning a large gathering or a more intimate setting, we can work together to find the right fit.

In addition to keynote messages, I offer:

  • Interactive workshops
  • Guided prayer sessions
  • Small group breakouts
  • Retreat sessions
  • Panel participation or event emceeing
  • Q&A or live coaching-style sessions

Each option is crafted to invite reflection, spark conversation, and draw women closer to God in ways that feel personal and powerful.

Yes! Wholeheartedly. I would be honored to pray at your event. Whether opening the gathering in prayer, closing with a blessing, or guiding a meaningful time of corporate or intercessory prayer, I consider it a sacred privilege to help invite God’s presence into the room. Prayer isn’t just something I talk about—it’s something I live. And if your event calls for a moment of reverence, reflection, or rejoicing through prayer, I’m more than ready to lead it.

While most of my audiences are women, and that’s where my following is strongest, I absolutely speak to mixed-gender groups and welcome the opportunity to speak directly to men. I’ve spent much of my professional life in male-dominated fields like law and trucking, and so I feel right at home encouraging men in their prayer lives too.

One of my talks, “Prayer Is Not for Wimps: A Talk for Men,” was written specifically to remind men that humility before God is not weakness; it’s strength. In fact, Christian women don’t see men on their knees in prayer as fragile; we see it as deeply powerful.

So while I do speak at women’s events and retreats, I’m also honored to speak to churches, men’s ministries, and mixed-gender audiences who are ready to grow in prayer, faith, and their walk with God.

I was raised Baptist and have worshipped in several traditions over the years—Lutheran, non-denominational, and Calvary Chapel—depending on where God planted me in different seasons. For instance, during my time clerking for a federal judge in the Twin Cities, I found deep community in a Lutheran church. Later, in South Florida, I attended a Calvary Chapel megachurch.

Wherever I’ve lived, my focus has always been less about denominational labels and more about growing deeper in relationship with Jesus. I speak at interdenominational events and welcome the opportunity to serve across denominational lines. My statement of faith is available by clicking the button below.

Not at all. While I speak at Christian events and retreats, I’m also avilable to share hope-filled messages in a wide range of settings—including community fundraisers, women’s events, lawyer’s luncheons, and gatherings where the audience may include seekers, skeptics, or those new to faith.

My message is always rooted in grace and encouragement. Whether your event is deeply faith-based or more community-focused, I’ll tailor the message to meet your audience where they are. Together, we can clarify the purpose of your event and the kind of call to action you’d like to extend and then craft a talk that supports that goal, honors your guests, and invites your audience into something meaningful.

Absolutely. Whether someone has been praying for years or is just beginning to explore faith, my messages are designed to be warm, accessible, and encouraging. I meet people where they are and gently point them toward the God who’s already reaching for them.

Livestreaming is almost always a yes! I’m glad to have your audience tune in wherever they are. Recording is also welcome in many cases, though there may be limitations on future broadcasting or monetization. Please reach out to discuss your plans—I’d love to work with you to make it a great experience for everyone.

Yes, I love bringing a few meaningful resources with me! I often make my signature item—The Classic Prayer Box—available for attendees who want to deepen their daily prayer practice. It’s a beautiful way to extend the message long after the event ends. I’m also working on several book projects and look forward to offering those in the near future.

Absolutely. I’d be honored to serve your audience in a more personal or interactive setting. Whether it’s a breakout session, panel discussion, or small group gathering, I’m happy to lead or participate—just let me know your vision, and we’ll work out the details together.

Yes, I’d be honored to pray with your attendees or lead a prayer-focused activity following my talk. I only ask that we plan these details in advance, so I can pace myself well and pour into your event with the energy and attention it deserves.

I often reserve time after keynotes to connect with guests and sign prayer boxes, so working out the schedule beforehand helps ensure everything flows smoothly. With a little coordination, I’ll be ready—heart full and hands open—to meet your audience in that sacred space.

Yes, I’m happy to participate in interviews, event previews, or post-event Q&A sessions. These extras can be a wonderful way to connect with your audience, build excitement, and extend the impact of your event. It’s helpful for me to know about these opportunities when setting my speaking fee, but I’m always eager to support you in making your event a heartfelt, Spirit-led success. Let’s talk about what will serve your audience best.
